Isiah Davis and his 13 year old friend Elijah Henderson are riding their bicycles near their Elizabeth homes at 1am.
A gunman jumps out from behind a parked car and opens fire striking both friends. Isiah limps away to find help while Elijah bleeds to death on the street.
A nearby security camera recorded the shooting but the tape has given police few clues.
As Isiah recuperates from his multiple gunshot wounds he talks about the night he lost his friend.
