Essence of Essence

Essence Carson is the captain of the third ranked Rutgers women's basketball team. She is also an accomplished musician.
Last year she was MVP in the Big East Tournament and became the team's voice when Don Imus made derogatory comments about the team.
Today the paper published a profile of Carson as the Lady Knights kick off their season. After I shot some portraits it seemed like a good idea to shoot some video too.
